1. What is a cookie?

2. The Zero-Load Protocol
Cloud Capital Sarl-S applies a zero-loading protocol (Zero-Load Protocol):
no non-essential scripts run until you have expressed your consent. Optional scripts are included in tags
<script type="text/plain" data-category="analytics"> and only execute following your explicit agreement.

4. Management and Withdrawal of Consent
You can change your preferences at any time using the manager above or the link “Cookie Policy” found in the footer of every page on the site.
Withdrawing consent is immediately effective: optional scripts are disabled without a page refresh. Processing done based on your prior consent remains lawful.
5. Consent Traceability
In compliance with the CJEU and GDPR proof obligations, a timestamped consent log is maintained:
- Client-side (localStorage):
a UUID identifier (
cc_consent_id) and your accepted categories are stored on your device. - Server-side (Cloudflare KV): a pseudonymized hash (Truncated IP + User Agent + project salt) is linked with the timestamp, categories, and legal version. No full IP addresses are stored.
