Write to us in Luxembourgish, English, French, German, or Romanian — whichever you think in. We will reply in the same language, without translation friction or awkward paraphrasing. Clear communication in your preferred language is the baseline, not an extra.
We come to you
Across Luxembourg and the Grande Région, we prefer to meet at your location — your office, your café of choice, or a neutral spot that works for you. No need to travel to us.
Quick response time
We aim to reply within one business day. For urgent situations — especially security incidents, service outages, or access failures — use the form and mark the subject as urgent. We monitor incoming messages and prioritise anything time-sensitive.
